Left Over Turkey Salad by Susan Mitchell

2 1/2 cups cooked turkey, cut up
1/2 cup chopped celery
1/4 cup finely chopped onion
1/4 cup finely chopped nuts
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/4 cup mayo

In a large bowl, mix turkey, celery, onion and nuts. Add salt, pepper and mayo. Chill. You may want to add a bit more mayo after turkey salad has chilled. Spread on bread for a wonderful left over turkey sandwich.
