Christmas Dinner: Twice Baked Potatoes by Mary Stevens

6 baking potatoes, washed
1 cup sour cream
1/4 cup milk
3 tablespoons butter
a sprinkle of fresh chopped parsley
a sprinkle of chives
shredded cheddar cheese

Bake whole potatoes and remove from oven. Slice in half. Scoop potato into a bowl. Save shells in 9×13 inch pan. In large bowl mix potato, sour cream and milk. Add butter and beat until smooth. Fill potato shells with mixure. sprinkle with chives and parsley. Sprinkle cheedar cheese on each. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
