Christmas Dinner: Baked Squash and Apples by Angela Harrison
1 small butternut squash
2 apples, peeled and sliced
1/2 cup brown sugar
5 tablespoons butter
1 tablespoon flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/8 tsp. nutmeg
Pare and remove seeds from squash. Cut into slices. Place squash and apples into glass baking dish. In large bowl, blend remaining ingredients with fork until crumbly. Sprinkle even;y over squash and apples. Cover with foil and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
