Mustard Sauce for Ham by Jeanne Harrington

3/4 cup white vinegar
1/4 cup water
1 cup sugar
1 tablespoon flour
2 1/2 tablespoons dry mustard
2 eggs

In double boiler, combine sugar, flour, eggs and mustard. Add vinegar and water, stirring constantly until sauce comes to a boil and thickens. Spread on ham and bake uncovered for the last twenty minutes of ham baking time.
