New Year’s Appetizers: Artichoke Dip by Lisa Gibbs

2 jars artichokes (about 16 ounces)
4 tablespoons butter, melted
1 cup mayonnaise
3 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. celery seed
1/4 cup + 1 tablespoon grated Ramono cheese
Mini French bread Loaf

Drain artichokes and spread in baking dish. In large bowl, combine mayo, butter, lemon juice, cheese, and celery seed. Beat until smooth. Pour over artichokes. Bake at 425 degrees for 10-15 minutes. Cut bread into thin slices. Spread dip on bread.
